Our Story

Partners and Grapes – Crafting Exceptional Organic and Vegan Wines

Partners and Grapes was born out of a beautiful moment – two friends sharing a bottle of wine in a bar in Barcelona, Spain.

 Inspired by this experience, Mary Anna Ossa brought her passion for wine, marketing, and sales expertise to Charlotte, North Carolina, and established Partners and Grapes.

We are dedicated to crafting an exceptional collection of entirely organic and vegan wines, free from added sugar or sulfites. Our wines combine Catalonia’s cultural traditions with a fresh and innovative approach, resulting in a unique and delicious experience.

As a responsible and sustainable winery, we deeply appreciate the land and are committed to utilizing sustainable farming practices in producing our wines. Each bottle is meticulously crafted with great care and attention, resulting in a product that is superb in taste and quality and also kind to the environment.

Red Blend

85% Tempranillo
15% Syrah

Made with selected grapes located in the Alt Penedes region in Catalonia, Spain with an average altitude of 1,150 feet above sea level.

Grapes are de-stemmed and slightly crushed before cold skin maceration. Fermentation for 16 days at 73 degrees Fahrenheit; followed by malolactic fermentation.

Aged for 4 months in second-year French Oak barrels.

Lively aromas of red fruits with hints of truffles and sweet spices.
On the palate, it’s fresh, silky, and structured.

100% Xarel-lo Grapes

Made with organic Xarel-lo grapes. A native grape variety of the Penedes in Catalonia, Spain. It has an astounding natural freshness which is combined with a silky palate and elegant minerality.

Skin-contact maceration at 46 degrees Fahrenheit in order to preserve aroma and flavor.

Batonnage (stirring) of the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months to help the wine gain structure and unctuosity.

A delightful, balanced, fruity wine with aromas of citrus, and orange blossom, the taste is fresh, with notes of peach, mango, and elegant minerality.

Rosé

50% Tempranillo 50% Garnacha

ALC. 12% by Vol.

Organic certified by the CCPAE (The Catalan council of the Organic Production) Vegan certified by the European Vegetarian Union No added sugar or sulfites. 

Skin-contact maceration at 7ºC. After fermentation, the
juice is bled off the skins (the saignée method). The
fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC.

Expressive floral aromas (rose, violet) with hints of
strawberry and cherry. The palate is intense and slightly
unctuous, exhibiting notes of fresh red fruits.

Aged for 24 months to perfection, resulting in an enchanting golden color. Discover the subtle charm of our Cava—hints of aging, yeast, and nuts beneath fine bubbles.

Enjoy the delightful scent of apples and pears. The slowdissolving bubbles promise a lasting crispness. Perfectly versatile, our Cava enhances everything from olives and potatoes to stewed fish, seafood, rice, and more.
