This privacy notice explains how Partners and Grapes (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.partnersandgrapes.com (the “Website”), contact us, or buy our wines through our online shop. We do not have a mobile app.
Our online shop, shopping cart and checkout are provided by Vinoshipper and run on Vinoshipper’s systems. When you buy, Vinoshipper collects the information needed to complete and legally ship an alcohol order, such as your name, email, billing and shipping address, date of birth, payment details and order contents, and it may verify your age and identity (which may include asking you for a government-issued ID). Card details are handled by Vinoshipper’s payment providers and do not pass through our Website or our own systems. We receive the order information we need to prepare and fulfil your order. Vinoshipper’s own privacy policy governs the information it collects.
If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel loads and sends Meta Platforms information about your visit: the pages you view, your IP address, browser and device information and cookie identifiers. Meta may match this with its users’ accounts to measure and show our advertising. If you decline (or do nothing), the Meta Pixel does not load.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information about you from other sources, except the order information we receive from Vinoshipper.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example for visitors in the EEA or the UK), we rely on: your consent (advertising cookies), performing a contract with you (orders), our legitimate interests (running and securing the Website, answering questions) and legal obligations.
We share information with service providers who help us run the Website. They may use it only to provide their services to us or as described in their own policies.

The Website is served over HTTPS and we use reputable providers and technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our wines and this Website are intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States). On your first visit we ask you to confirm your age; this is a self-confirmation that is stored only in your browser, and age verification for purchases is carried out by Vinoshipper at checkout. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or market to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know whether we process your personal information, to access it and get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of your information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia have rights under their state privacy laws, and visitors in the EEA or the UK have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to complain to their data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of authorization. If we decline a request you may appeal by emailing us, and we will reply in writing with our reasons. We do not sell personal information. For visitors who accept advertising cookies, sharing identifiers and browsing activity with Meta for advertising measurement may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; you can opt out as described above.
We do not respond to the older “Do Not Track” browser signal because there is no common standard for it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a decision to decline advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel does not load.
We are based in the United States and the Website is intended for visitors in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States. By using the Website you understand your information may be processed there.
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the Website.
